For properties where a complete overhaul is not necessary, the simple act of replacing cupboard doors and worktops can help give a kitchen a fresh, clean look and this is a much cheaper option than a full refit. By mentioning to wouldbe buyers that you have just replaced the kitchen doors or worktop also gets their mind thinking about using the existing structure but just changing the doors to suit their own need, rather than a complete rip out of the existing kitchen.
